4,000 Lb. T Frame Gantries

Aluminum Gantry

Our model 4P108 in it's lowest position.

The above model has an 10 foot long I-beam and has a lifting capacity of 4,000 pounds. This gantry crane is more compact than A Frame style gantries.  All of our gantries have multiple height adjustments as well as adjustable leg widths. The overall height of this particular model is 8 feet under I beam. This picture shows the 4P108 in one of its 5 height positions.

Portable Gantry

This picture shows our unique, one of a kind, lifting cam handle that makes raising and lowering the gantry height much easier.  Insert the cam handle in the upper adjustment hole(s), lift, then rotate the cam, rest cam on the base receiver tube, insert the hitch pin (not shown) and repeat procedure to desired height.  It's that easy.

  Gantry Crane

Our 4000 lb T Frame model 4P108 in the optional cart assembly.  This option makes it possible to move the gantry, as one unit, from your truck or mini van to your work location.  Just lock the back wheels, unlock the front and your ready to roll.  These models (depending upon size of I beam) will fit into most service mini vans.  Please see our 2000 lb T Frame model page for picture.  (Must specify at time of order)

Portable Aluminum Gantry Crane

Patent Pending

This picture shows our optional kick stand assembly.  This option makes assembly of the gantry in most cases,  a two person instead of three person job on longer I beam lengths.  By adjusting the appropriate angle for the I beam length, installing the kick stand rod and I beam cart, now two people may assemble.  (Must specify at time of order)

 

Shipping

We package and ship all of these models gantries to arrive to you undamaged in custom cartons.  Several of our customers purchase along with our gantries, custom length slings, hoists and trolleys which allows them to use the gantry as soon as it arrives. Our gantries ship via class 70 freight a shipping quote can be provided at your request. Overseas shipping is not an issue we ship to Canada, Europe, South America, Asia, Australia and Africa.
