2,000 lb. cap. SB Small Gantry Crane Model
Built to last, this is EC&MW’s most portable small gantry crane we have in production. We utilized a T Frame style concept for this aluminum gantry crane. Not to mention this is our best priced gantry of all our models. This particular model is only available in a 2,000 lb capacity with a maximum height of 102” under the beam. The 102” height was originally designed for use in standard medical facility rooms with nine foot ceilings. With a 6” I Beam, the top of beam height is now 108” allowing for 1” deviation. The height hole spacing’s were purposely positioned to these spacing’s for a reason. It allowed the user, if needed, to offset one leg on a 5” curb or to offset it for a computer room floor. If you require a different capacity, other than 2000 lb, we can design and build you your own small gantry crane with capacities of as little as 250 pounds max.

Custom Cases can make for easy shipping. 6’ I beam model makes for a one person assembly. Last of all, with is large 2,000 lb capacity it can lift almost anything a maintenance person would need to lift.

While most aluminum gantries on the market only have 30″ of min to max height adjustment this little gantry has a whopping 36 3/8″. That’s a lot for its size. With 16 different height adjustments, the SB model makes this (we believe) the most versatile rolling small gantry crane on the market today. Add a 6″ I-beam and you can see that you can have OAH’s of just under 6′, 7′, 8′ and 9′ this should accommodate most any medical, utility or lab room etc. ceiling heights. Should you have to offset one leg on a curb? In the design we’ve made that possible by setting hole spacing’s at 4 7/8″ for a 5″ curb and 5 7/8″ for a 6″ curb. This does not take into consideration adjusting more than one hole at a time. By adjusting multiple holes, you can achieve 16 height offsets for a total of more than 40 combinations. Now the best part, the upright columns are reversible so there’s no way you can put it together wrong. Its truly a service person’s dream.

This warranty is the only written or express warranty given by EC&MW, Inc. & Hospital Rigging Supply, Inc.
10 YEAR From the date of purchases:
EC&MW, Inc. & Hospital Rigging Supply, Inc. warrants to the original buyer that this product shall be free from all defects in material or workmanship for a period of 10 years from date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to any product, which has been subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence, modification, overuse of its rated capacity, use of or storage in unforgiving environmental conditions, accident or normal wear beyond its serviceability of 20,000 hours.
EC&MW, Inc. & Hospital Rigging Supply, Inc. cannot be responsible for any unlawful sale(s) by unlawful dealers and or any other 3rd party resellers. This includes ALL resales by either online or yard auctions. This warranty is not transferable and is valid only for the original buyer and does not include any subsequent resales. In no event shall EC&MW, Inc. & Hospital Rigging Supply, Inc. be liable for any expressed, implied, statutory and or incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of work, loss of income or additional operating expenses. Notice of defect must given in writing within 60 days of receipt of goods. Upon the return (freight prepaid) to our factory. EC&MW, Inc. & Hospital Rigging Supply, Inc. will, if found defective, refund, repair or replace any part or the entire unit, with one of it or like model. Other manufacturer’s warranties will apply and supersede any warranty given by EC&MW, Inc. & Hospital Rigging Supply, Inc. For those warranties and repairs you must contact the individual manufacturer directly. Any alterations or misuse of this product will void all warranties and liabilities. Customer assumes all liability and risks resulting from the use of this product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

All EC&MW cranes have a design factor of 15% of the allowable capacity for the weight of the hoist and 25% for impact.
Please note that CMAA 74 references steel design. In the case of our aluminum cranes, the deflection may be greater than CMAA 74 specifies due to the lower modulus of elasticity of aluminum compared to steel.
